The staff (Chesterfield especially) here is exceptionally helpful, and the prices are comparable to those at many other places—I’ve even found that many other complexes are significantly higher. Management has an open-door policy, allowing me to bring up concerns, which they address to the best of their ability. I’ve noticed that providing them with detailed information helps a lot. While complaints are a part of apartment living, I genuinely enjoy my stay here and have been living here for about five years now. Five stars!

I've been a resident in excess of 8 years. All I have is Hugh 5's, kudos and positive comments. The management is 110%. The grounds are kept up and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. A wonderful place to call home!!!!!!

Good place

I have visited many apartment communities and The Grove really felt like home. When I entered the leasing office I was immediately greeted by Chesterfield the property manager. He asked me about my needs and how he could help. A very genuine spirit. We went through pricing, floor plans, and toured the property. I was very impressed overall. I never got the salesman vibe and the property was perfect for my needs. This property is #1 on my list and I will be applying asap.

Amazing property, i am local contractor and service so many different property’s, But can honestly say this property is among the best of them, the staff is a well put together team and are always upgrading the property, the units are really nice and always perfect before every move in, property management allows no imperfections when it comes to quality of work being done on property.
