I recently toured The Grove Apartments in Colorado Springs, and I have to say, I was beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The manager, Chesterfield, truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was personable, welcoming, and made me feel right at home before I even stepped foot in an apartment. The tour itself was fantastic—everything was well-organized, and Chesterfield took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The staff here ( especially Chesterfield) is exceptionally helpful, and the prices are comparable to those at many other places—I’ve even found that many other complexes are significantly higher. I have visited many apartment communities and The Grove really felt like home. When I entered the leasing office I was immediately greeted by Chesterfield the property manager. He asked me about my needs and how he could help. A very genuine spirit. We went through pricing, floor plans, and toured the property. I was very impressed overall. I never got the salesman vibe and the property was perfect for my needs. This property is #1 on my list and I will be applying asap.

I have lived here since April and I'm very satisfied. The property manager is on top of it. Any issues I've had with my apt have been fixed ASAP (usually the same day I let them know there's an issue someone comes by!) The apts are in a great location with easy access to main roads without being right on them. The effort they are putting in to update the property and to maintain is evident. I'm excited to live here 😄

The staff is amazing and attentive to your concerns. Maintenance guys are really nice and try really hard to get done what needs done quickly. The basketball court is basically brand new, the pool area has new furniture,, they really strive to make the place look nice! They even have a barbecue in the summer for all residents to enjoy!

I’m always so impressed with the incredible service at the Grove Apartments. Chesterfield is always going out of his way to make sure tenants are taken care of. Bobbie in the office is always so friendly and always ready to help you whatever you need her for and Ernie and Tim are always working so hard around the complex to make sure everything is up to date and are always on top of things. The staff really makes it so enjoyable to live here if you need anything fixed these guys are always on it. I am also super happy with my apartment i just had a baby recently and it is really so perfect for me and my little family and is affordable. I also get a beautiful view of the mountains from my apartment as well and not to mention the pool and laundry on-site! I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and family.

I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service at the Grove Apartments. Chesterfield is always available to answer questions, and goes out of his way to make sure tenants are taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. There's a pool, fitness center, on-site laundry and a business center, which makes day to day tasks much more convenient!

So I've been living at the Grove apartments for a few months now and here's my honest review: First off, the apartment I reside in is a newly renovated one bedroom/bath with fireplace and laundry hook ups. Though mine is a bit small, it's very cute and affordable for the springs! Also, the utilities and rent can be paid through the leasing office or an app-a one stop shop for everything! Super convenient when I moved in, since I didn't have to set up all my utilities or deal with a bunch of separate bills and payments in the long run. My rent and utilities combined are around $1100 a month, which is the cheapest I could find for the area. Now that being said, Bijou st doesn't have the best reputation for a secure place to live. But, that can't be helped and isn't within the leasing office's control. Be sure to lock your cars and doors and you'll be fine!

Chesterfield (one of the leasing managers) worked with their amazing maintenance team to move up a move in date by 3 days. The staff here is super helpful and friendly. They have great customer service and are working hard to update the property and have each unit looking and feeling new.

I was in a pinch and needed a place ASAP, and the property manager fast tracked my application and got me into the apartment. Saw the property manager outside in the freezing weather at 10pm because a pipe burst in the building next door. I have only experienced kindness from them and I moved in to a very clean apartment. It has not been loud, and when the door is closed I can't hear any noise outside of my apartment (except the random loud vehicle or car stereo's). I am very happy to be living at the Grove.

My personal thanks to Chesterfield and Amy our office staff they do a great job here, all of our fantastic maintenance people, Ernie and crew and to the ownership of the Grove, These types of improvements show a desire to improve the property and add a nice stylish look to it. I'm from Brooklyn, NY originally and these places would go for $2000, for the smallest unit, a month, I know, it's not N.Y., but I've personally lived in less for more money. Be diligent, we unfortunately live in a society that prays on weak and good people. Secure your vehicle, lock your apartments and watch out for your neighbors. Everytime someone new moves into my little quad, I go and introduce myself and make them feel welcomed. It's a community, not a campus. The Grove currently has the best staff I've dealt with since moving here. They are currently in the progress of remodeling the exterior of all the units with new windows and fresh stucco on all buildings. Every effort is to ensure satisfaction for their tenants. Be diligent, we unfortunately live in a society that prays on weak and good people. Secure your vehicle, lock your apartments and watch out for your neighbors. Everytime someone new moves into my little quad, I go and introduce myself and make them feel welcomed. It's a community, not a campus. The Grove currently has the best staff I've dealt with since moving here. They are currently in the progress of remodeling the exterior of all the units with new windows and fresh stucco on all buildings. Updated 2/18/2020 I've lived in this complex for 6 years now and I have no problems with the overall services here. Junifer, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful. She takes time to listen and is actively involved in the community. Kara is the front desk receptionist, for now, and she is just an incredibly nice and friendly young lady. The maintenance guys, Ken and Ernie are a couple of awesome guys who do their very best. I'm disabled and all four of these folks have helped me in many ways to accomplish things that otherwise would have to wait. Now, if you'll listen for a sec, I'd like to say that these apartments were built in 70's and are more prone to repair and maintenance than most newer complexes. There is a large array of apartments in Colorado Springs and The Grove is an affordable option to higher priced housing, However, fair market value, is closing that gap. Cars are subject to burglary here, as they are anywhere else. Don't leave items out in view and most importantly lock your vehicle. Look, this not the greatest apartment complex in the Springs but I get tried of the constant complaining. Before you move in, talk to your potential neighbors, inspect YOUR apartment BEFORE committing to a lease and I know it's long but read your lease carefully. Hi, I'm going on my sixth year at the Grove and I absolutely love it here. I plan on continuing to live here for the foreseeable future. I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge the great staff that are currently managing the Grove. Kara is just a pleasure to deal with on a constant basis, she's always willing to help me if I have a concern and is always so cheerful and patient whenever I speak to her. On the maintenance side, Ernie is just a wonderful guy who comes and helps whenever a problem or need comes up and Ken is just absolutely a wonderful man. He'll always take a minute to talk to you about something you have about a concern about your apartment or to just say "Hi". They are both excellent men who are just absolutely invaluable to this community. Now this review can not go without mentioning the wonderful work that Junifer has done to help our community move forward in a positive direction since she's worked here. It was when she went out on maternity leave, it became evident, just how incredibly good she is a in her vocation and how valuable she is to our community. I think I have been through 4 personnel changes while living here and this group of four and their helpers, are by far the most solid and dependable folks that have work here at the same time. We have lived here two years with zero problems. Apartment building is currently being renovated. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you have any problems, they handle it. We have a two bedroom and it is cozy. Fireplace. It’s almost like we live in a pocket outside of the city here in our own bubble. Not much traffic except on weekends and it’s directly across the street from Jack Swigart School. I highly recommend the Grove. Things are changing here and for the better of an already great situation.

Lived there for 2 years and overall was please. Building C was newly renovated when I moved and contrary to other reviews I never saw any mold or bugs during my residency. All of my maintenance requests were taken care same day. Even when I had a large tree fall over my apartment during a Blizzard it was taken care of very timely. They are on the smaller side but the space is very functional and open concept so it always felt larger than it was.

Been a resident at The Grove for almost two years so I can attest that contrary to other reviews,.....The Grove does not have cockroaches/bedbugs/mold, the management staff is friendly despite the bit of a turnover during my residence. Though through it all there has been the one constant manager, Junnifer she is amazingly professional and friendly. Every once in awhile the management will put on little events for residents for example during the summer there was a bbq where there was hotdogs and hamburgers even wine and beer! The maintenance staff is diligently working hard on fixing up the landscaping, right now they are working on the basketball court. Ken the head of maintenance is timely when work orders are put in. Plenty of parking, washer dryer on site, most units are newly renovated, and other than a few breed restrictions pets welcome! All in all, The Grove is a great place to live at a great price.

I did not hate living here. I don't know if it's still the case, but the water was frequently shut off for repairs. I recommend keeping a couple gallons sitting around, in case the water is off and you needed to make coffee or something. There's many dogs, so the community is naturally pretty noisy. I would invest in some ear plugs if you were planning on moving in.

I have been living here since the spring. There seem to be quite a few mixed reviews. However I myself enjoy living here. It stays pretty quiet. And even though I have only been here for a few months I love the staff. Darlene is always very friendly and quick to get whatever you need done. I moved into The Grove in January and I love it here. It is super quiet and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Any maintenance issues I have had have been handled immediately, the guys are awesome. I have noticed the laundry rooms can get a little messy sometimes but I know they have a cleaning service that comes to clean a couple days a week I think so I attribute the clutter to my lazy neighbors. I have seen a few people letting their dogs poop and not picking up which is just crazy to me. But the maintenance men do a great job of cleaning up all the poo and trash every morning. The office staff is just wonderful. Anytime I need anything they answer my questions or help in any way they can. I think it’s super awesome that they keep sodas and snacks in there too, it’s super convenient when I forget my water and I’m at the gym. I love that it’s super close to powers and academy so it’s like 15 minutes anywhere I go. Hands down one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in and I owe it to Junifer, Darlene, Ken, and Ernie! You guys rock. I hope to be here for a very long time.

We moved from out of state and due to weather and driving we were late getting here on a friday real late and she waited for us patiently. We have only lived here two weeks but it has been great soo far. great location great staff. the only con is that is wish we has just a little more storage.

I moved in at the beginning of January. I needed to find a home asap and this place was the first I applied to. How lucky was I? My apartment is beautiful (I have the renovated option), the tenants/neighbors are cool, I love how safe I feel, the environment is pretty peaceful almost where you feel isolated from the rest of the city, and the office team does everything they can to help out. Maintenance is usually on top things when you submit a request. They will leave notes after their visit if you're not home explaining details of what they could or could accomplish at the time which is nice to know. I've also never had mail or packages misplaced or missing. The little gym and computer room are both convenient and always clean. The only problem I've had are neighbors being too loud after quiet hours, but I have been provided with a number to a secruity company that tries to help with that problem. Recently, The Grove started this "mass text" routine where they will let everyone know the whereabouts of our community and other notifications which is a HUGE plus to me. Thanks for being awesome! Darlene, you are amazing!

My husband and I moved into the Grove November 2018. We got the runaround from several other places we looked at, but our experience with the Grove was easy and they approved us quickly. Darlene at the front office was great to work with. Our one bedroom is a bit small, but it has everything we need. We have had a few maintenance issues but they've been addressed quickly for the most part. If it's not an urgent issue, it may take a little time, but Ken and the maintenance team do their best to keep up with the demand that comes with taking care of several units. The complex is a bit older and could use updating, but I believe they've been renovating apartments and trying to add more amenities for the residents. We've never had any issues with bugs or mold, and there's usually plenty of parking. Overall, we're very happy with our little apartment and we love our view of pikes peak from the balcony!

I searched through a lot of apartments and decided to go with the Grove and I could not be more pleased with my apartment. This is my first time living alone and I feel so safe and content here. The property is clean, and the apartments are clean too. If you are looking for a great place to live this is it!

The apartments were very affordable and close to everything you need. Wish there was more done with the gardening so It wouldn't be so muddy when it rains.

At the Grove there is cracks in the side walk and all over the basketball court. There is a nice dog park but it is all rocks and is filled with poop and has to short of fence. The pool is big nice and deep.I love that there is mostly Pitbulls here. I love it here.

Pros: Very pet friendly, community dog park, excellent maintainace (usually fixed the same day you notify them!), plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, nice balconies, located near a grocery store, I didnt have to fight to get my deposit back, they just gave it back! Cons: A bit expensive for the area, car was broken into in parking lot, dumpsters fill up too fast, the stairs are VERY narrow making moving in or out difficult, small parking space- I had trouble parking my SUV sometimes

I love it the the remodel floor plans is perfect with the fireplace. It's very quiet here as well. The only thing that I am afraid of is that during the evening we wouldn't know who is breaking into a car and that I'm afraid my new car would be broken into for any reason which I don't leave ml anything nine there not even my car charger. I think we need to have at least a security guard that can look out for suspicious activity. Other wise I love my living conditions here at The Grove. A definite yes for recommending my friends to reside here.
